Coop eStore's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Shipping All orders will be shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping charges are automatically added from the zip code 54601 and vary by the weight of the product. Products are shipped from our La Crosse, WI warehouse. Allow 3 to 5 business days for shipping. Exception: The Generators must be shipped to a local cooperative or an approved installer. The shipping charges, to your local energy cooperative or approved installer, are included in the price of the generator. Tax 5% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to IA or WI and 6.5% on orders shipped to MN. Returns and Exchanges The Coop eStore guarantees the quality of the products we offer. If you are unhappy with your product or there is a problem, you may return it for a full refund. We will accept returns and exchanges with proper authorization within 30 days of the purchase via e-mail at sales@coopestore.com. A return form is found under the customer service section.
